★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By mistake more COD payment was made to the delivery boy and this was immediately pointed out on the WhatsApp but the store owners did not immediately respond to me. But later, he called, apologised and arranged to get the money adjusted in the next order. A nice gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order for June 8th for 3pm, customer service said that the deliver guy is out for delivery at 1pm. I waited, waited and waited till 09:00pm for the delivery but no one arrived. Hence, I placed order from Dunzo at 09:05pm and order was delivered by 09:40pm.
The very next day, a guy appears at my doorsteps on or around 4:00 pm with a bag saying this is my order from taaza subji.
A suggestion, better pay a delivery fee of 35 at Dunzo than wait for these people to deliver.
P.S. I still have a refund of around ₹150 pending from these people. I am afraid if I place another order with them, I might have to wait for an year or do. And for refund, I might have to wait for probably 5-6 years.
I don't usually put a bad review for any merchant but since I am posting a review for these people, Imagine how frustrated I must be with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the freshness of the vegetables but the only concern is that there is no guarantee that you may receive all items. However, I am satisfied with the service as they reached out to discuss and deliver the rest of my delivery on the following day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of veggies was very good, fresh but the delivery time taken was almost 28hrs from the time of placing the order. Though they claimed it was an exceptional delay so will definitely give them another chance. Prices are quite reasonable. But all the fruits were too raw. Will only opt for veggies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the rates are good. They claim that it is directly procured from farms which I don't agree to. I ordered fruits and vegetables from them, few of my items were missing while nothing of this sort was communicated earlier. They promised to deliver it next day which after multiple follow ups got delivered in the night. To my surprise to make it worse I saw one of the brinjals completely rotten. Before even taking a picture my wife threw it in the dustbin hence not able to share the picture here.
