★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flat they made is good, interior design ideas are good. But I don't know but listen that this place (land) is occupied by some illigal means. If you want to reach this place then you go through a slum area, some kids running around the road throughout the day and if your car harm any kids then your pay money for that to any political leader otherwise you car will be broken. One Big thing is that they want Very very high cost, I don't know for what they want this much money. This place is not that much costly. I shaw that the people came there is not Bengali, Because nearby people know the fact about this place. Ok Best of Luck for the resident people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upcoming project by hiland group. I liked their model flat but the approaching roads is a total mess, slums are nearby, many small industries are nearby making the zone polluted. Very dissapointing by its location. Ofcourse it is nearby the river ganges still the narrow passage is disgusting. Too away from main road. Anti social activities may be noted. Be careful bfore booking.
