★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a nice sofa fabric from them on 29th March 2021 for our living area in our new dream home. After 6-7 days they called our sofa maker to collect the fabric. The sofa guy accepted the fabric and started designing our sofa. Little did we knew that the sofa fabric color and quality is way too compromised and poor than what we selected and ordered. After more 2 weeks, On receiving of the sofa we were totally shocked to see the sofa quality and color and which was looking like it's 6-7 years old. When we talked to the manager (Ebrahim) without even checking the fabric first he started alleging and dening that our fabric cannot be wrong and is what we have ordered. After much tussle, they said that our store owner Mr. Taha will call back to which I waited for 2 weeks and no response. On further follow up he asked us to visit the store and sort out , we planned and agreed to take our architect and on last minute when we tried to confirm the meeting, they said that the owner Taha cannot come. We were disappointed and sad to see this getting further delayed. I would recommend people to avoid this store and try Softzone instead or anyother place. Don't get fooled by the huge store, polite speaking people and the discount they give you. WORST PRODUCT AND WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.
