★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an appointment through nearbuy..nirmala booked my appointment .for 530.. when I showup here after traveling for 45mins..she refused to serve as I had booked through nearbuy..and was very arrogant.. would recommend to spend such money on some professional salon...
we reached at 540..we were 10mins late and could see all the staff chilling ..no one was occupied. And now she says we were 45 mins late and had to cancel appointment, on the contrary the staff had gathered outside the salon and chit-chatting. there were no other clients, . Don't know how she is mentioning these illogical things like they were too busy to take appointment. I don't understand the reason for cancellation when I m there in person that too with such an offensive and rude language.Highly unprofessional and uncivilized. Minus stars is not an option here .they don't deserve one star also. Pathetic customer service.

Given the pandemic situation, all safety measures were taken care of.
You will also get an advantage of amazing and experienced suggestions from Nirmala Aunty (she is super sweet), also the staff here is very friendly, they gave due considerations given by me for the cut I wanted.
P.S.- This is the very first haircut that I'd never regret
You should definitely visit this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guyzz i got it done my hair global color from zahid even Botox treatment from Aftab and hair cut by kasim the entire team is too good as definitely the Salon manager keep observing small things even she helps with proper service...i am regular client to orchids you guyzzz also do visit who have not yet visited this salon....Thanks a ton to The salon owner..
