★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a lipbalm and have ordered many in the past. They sent a pot I stead of the chaptick shown on the website that too 6months old and the expiry is 6 months remaining. When I mentioned this they refused to send my correct order. Now they have increased the price 5 times on the website and telling me to buy again with a discount code they will be sending. They are misleading and sending you subpar products and want to order again. What a modus operandi. I will be sure to refrain from them going forward.
