★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This organisation is very trustworthy. I booked a trip on March,2021. But unfortunately the trip was cancelled because of lockdown. I got the refund of my full booking amount. Not a single paisa has been deducted.....I love to go in my next trip with this organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Tour operator initially refused to pay the refund of a cancelled train service. Had to file through Indian Railways before he finally budged.
Strongly recommend AGAINST using this tour operator's services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Finally today refunded exactly 80% of the money as I have booked the traveller for 2nd Jan 2022. Due to some unavoidable circumstances , need to cancel the tour. Made advance payment on 27th December 2021 , but finally refunded exactly 80 % of the money on 21st March 2022. Remember due to covid circumstances, their business was down . But I am very happy that with such circumstances they have kept their words. Love to book once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour of Sunderban was nice. The tour managers were very nice and friendly. The food served were good and lodging was also nice. However I want to say that before the tour we should be made more aware about the tour schedule. In this tour we couldn't see some spots which were mentioned in tour chart. According to them these spots are closed due to COVID 19.As per my view we should be made aware about that and some more alternate spot could have been selected in place of these closed spots.
