★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of cheats. They will do your tatkal booking by charging a high price and assuring you a seat in a train. Then they will take an advance and book a seat that is far lowly priced than the actual amount that was decided for. When you go and claim back for returning the excess charged, they will show you the previously decided price for a train seat that was never booked. I paid about 950 rupees extra and they outrightly lied to my face. Will never go back to this place hoarding cheats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband (Attrayee and Ranindra) went to Kashmir and Ladakh tour with the travel company " CHUTIR HAWA" and it was a memorable experience. Tour was just awesome in all aspect.
In every part of the tour, in all areas food was yummy, in mountains these type of food arrangement was just great.
In terms of sightseeing, we can say in one word Mervellous. We got more than which we have expected.
In transport arrangement, we got our vehicle always ready. This was the best part in the tour.
Tour plan and execution was perfect from our point of view.

Anyway terrible experience I have had with over phone
3 days left they even did not provided iternery or quote for my MP upcoming tour.
