Printer is a box which never works
Customers are standing in queues outside the bank during Covid19 pandemic.

its the worst branch as i have ever seen . i had NRO/NRE a/c in this branch as i lost my job my USA (BERMUDA) and currently i am residing in india so i asked my bank to change the status of account from nro to normal saving account . even i have given in written couple of weeks before. they said it has been changed while as i can see online its still NRO status. they dont pick up phone even they dont reply of email.
