The ambience is very nice, and I can see myself going back even as it gets hotter!

β β β β β Today I ordered βGrilled Chicken Garlic Parmesan Risottoβ and this is the first time I ordered (home delivery) from βOrigin Bistroβ. I had high expectations, cos my friend recommended the restaurant.
My opinion is based on my experience with this one dish only. Unlike the name of the dish, I could not tasted Grilled chicken (was boiled), I could not taste garlic or the nuttiness of Parmesan cheese.
What I could taste was white pasta sauce(less on salt), but instead of pasta it had rice.

β β β β β Good place for breakfast or brunch. Multiple choice of omlettes, well prepared.
It's a covered but small open rustic restaurant right on the Baner-Pashan Link road. Parking is not an issue.
They are pet lovers, two dogs freely moving around. Flies did bother us a bit.
Coffee and hot chocolate were good. Good as a meeting place to catch up with friends over a nice munch.
Overall suggested to try it if you haven't been there.

β β β β β Shame on us for visiting this place for the first time after all this time. It's the best place to have a filling weekend brunch.. especially after a long run or a trek.. none of which we did on the fateful day that we came here with friends LOL. There were 4 of us and each one had the task of ordering one unique dish.
The deep dish pizza was full of cheese and meat dripping all over the place.. just like we wanted. The Piri Piri fries were out of this world as well - not oily at all - powdered with just the perfectly fine grained piri piri.
Cold coffee concocted just perfectly.. it was sort of half way between what you would get at a local puneri joint like durga Cafe and Starbucks - I like both so depending on my mood. Getting a taste that was somewhere in between was pleasantly surprising and satisified my craving for both types of preparations in one go.
The sandwiches and banana pancakes were the cherry on top after having had the pizza, fries and and a pre-plated chicken main with mashed potatoes.
