this is very shamefull for a Hr service company there HR specialy ( HR - SUPARNA SAHA) can go any personal level for full fill there traget ..

Pros:Good start for recruitment
Cons: Worst environment and Hr policies.Simply worst..
Advice to management: Treat ur employees as employees and not servants.Also do look after ur hr management..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are recuiters who behaves so badly with Candidates, I was late was not able to pick up the call of one of the recuiter, dn after words she behaved with me so badly, it's not the way you should not shout on some body... Behave properly then go for recruiting.. I dont want to take her name though I remember....
