★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the restaurant on Friday night ,27 Feb and found no one around to welcome me or take orders .After 10 mins , a waiter come and presented just the bar menu , when we asked for food menu , he handed over a page which contained only 10 odd appetizers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in at Urban Kitchen & Bar today (19th January'21) at around 1 pm (approx). Once inside i found no one around to welcome me or take orders. I knocked and called out loud enough (hoping someone will see me or hear me) but no was was there to respond. I took a seat and called out again a few times. Couple of minutes later i had no choice but to walk out. I cant imagine that such a reputed hotel is maintaining ghost restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 23/11 for dinner. Good ambience and helpful staff. The buffet menu had a decent choice of salads. Veg Picatta and Paneer Makhani dishes were the best among the offer. Other vegetarian dishes were decent enough. However, the masala flavour in chicken Maratha was a bit overwhelming. Fish in black bean sauce tasted better. Overall the balance of palette between the veg and non veg section needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A value for money restaurant at Holiday Inn Rajarhat Kolkata with some good selection of delicacies to fulfil almost all palates and ages. Mutton Biriyani usually a rare dish in buffets and Its serving here on almost all days with some Bengali dishes as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ URBAN is a beautifully decor, with cool and happening vibes, well lit and sound, in-house restaurant cum bar of the Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport.
During our recent stay here, we dinned here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and found this place very pleasant to hangout with friends and family for good food, prompt service and courteous staff.
I liked their buffet spread and al carte both spread.
