★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oritel service appartment is one of the best place to spend a quality of time, I am staying here since 6months all staffs are very cooperative and helpful, infrastructure also very nice and getting quality of food. I recommend this hotel for family stay and business meeting.
Pradeep from F&B is very good staff I ever seen Thank you....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Breakfast is nice.. Can have small buffet.
2) Internet for only 2 hours, this they have to improve.
3) Service is good, if we want anythings like iron box, etc.. Immediately they will arrange
4) don't expect for bottled mineral in our rooms, but pure drinking water is provided
5) budget friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stay, feeling like home. Rooms are bigger like 1 BHK flat. Staff is very polite and nice behaviour. Always recommended to stay at Oritel Service Appartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in this Service Apartment for business purposes. Its really good but the location is not that much good. Food quality is normal. You can take the thaki which is with in 400 Rs. I got 1BHK apartment which actually can accomodate 2 people easily. Bathroom is good. View is good from upper floor. Breakfast is complimentary. But there is not much options available. But lunch and dinner you can order from their resturent which is good. Overall staying experience is good. Its almost 20 years property but well maintained. Wi Fi is free but you have to enable that from reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one available on reception most of the time, lots of mosquito in the rooms, last night I talk to cleaner he told me that due to forest area, we can't do anything.
Today, I purchased mosquito coil and mosquito agarbatti, it will work one hour then same issue.
Tomorrow I will definitely checkout and book another hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool wasn't working as shown in photo. There is a gym with basic equipments. Water bottles are overpriced and you get one per day per head. Good and affordable stay in. Mumbai
