My fiancé and I were looking for a ring for our upcoming wedding (well, my beautiful fiancé was the one really looking lol), and we got in touch with Harsh from Ornaz. Professionalism, empathy and great customer-understanding are three attributes that come to my Mind when I think of him. I personally had a fantastic experience while dealing with Harsh, and so did my Fiancé. For me, more than the product, it’s the customer experience that I judge a business on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is easy to select something for yourself but it is equally difficult to select one for someone else. I was given the responsibility of selecting the ring for my Bhabhi. I was following Ornaz for a quite long time and keep dreaming of buying one for myself but by looking into their quality, I always thought it would cost me a hell of money, so never contacted them. After visiting many big brands, I didn’t get what I was looking for, sometime because of the designs and sometimes because of the budget. I always wanted a beautiful cushion cut diamond ring for her but with a limited budget. So one fine day, I just thought of contacting Ornaz without thinking about the cost. And here we go.. I got contacted by their super friendly, awesome agent Juhee Gulati. In the beginning of our conversation, I told her that I am tight on budget but wanted a big looking ring. She sent me tons of designs, quotations and after exchanging hundreds of messages, I sent her a design which I wanted to copy exactly. Juhee has been so understanding, patient and sweet all the time because of my budget issue and helped me in every way possible to get it copied the way i wanted. I am so thankful to her bcoz she gave me the exact design which I asked for, even more beautiful, it is too perfect beyond words. Everyone in my family loved the ring and bhabhi is so happy. Thank you Juhee for all the help, you are the best ?

My consultant was Juhee Gulati, she gave me the best quotations based on my budget, not only she's cooperative, but also has lots of patience. she guided me from the beginning till the end. It was like talking to a friend. I cannot express how thankful I am.
It's was a beautiful journey and a wonderful experience. The ring was exact the same as I wanted. In fact even better !!!
