About Orphic Artisan Bakery
Orphic, is Greek for the mystery in the mystic, something which aptly describes our cakes and bakes.
A fusion of eastern mysticism and deep mysteries of French and Australian traditional bakeries. We ensure they melt in the mouth, giving the experience of deep creamy flavours which transport your straight to traditional boulangeries.
Our ingredients do not consist of any animal gelatine and our thick creams do not contain any animal fat (non-dairy) or gelatine (derived from cow’s hooves).
Our Chef Tarangini has trained from Le Cordon Bleu and has the experience of working with high-end international brands. We do not use any chemical Preservative or artificial colours/flavours.
We do not use MSG or or any meat products or by-products.
* On special request we can do eggless/sugarless glutenfree wonders also. Ask for our organic and sugar-free range

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An artisan bakery in Delhi? This I had to try. And boy oh boy, did it deliver in spades! Some of the best pizza I've had in a long long time and yummy garlic bread and quite a bit more. They have a stall at a couple of farmers markets where they have the freshly baked pizza. Worth the trip!
