★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete waste of time as they call you multiple times at store for discussion and finally say no for the customize jewellary. They don't even call you to update, you have to call them. One of the worst experience. I wish, there was an option for negative rating.

Very good business strategy as only 1% or 2% will return in future
