Once item sold, they will not entertain you for service related issues.
We have procured "Gold Mangal Sutra".At the time of selling, they are very cooperative but once sold they not even bother to help you. "Kadi" of mangal sutra got broken and we visited WHP Indore branch thrice but they were not interested to help us. After three times visit, they asked us to repair/Replace kadi from other local vendor stating we are not able to repair due to less costing. Even after we agree to pay more, they not helped us. At last, we have to take help of local vendor who replaced kadi and now we can use this.
