★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked gold bangles. The hallmark value said 22 karats. However, when asked to check authenticity, the karat device read 21.8 and 21.9 on 2 checks. The store said to trust the hallmark. But checked for our gold return to be valued based on device. Also, when we checked price of gold at nearby png store, it had variation of rs 300/10 gms for the 22karat gold (22960 at orra and 22620 at png on 01/12/18. However, the 999 gold we were returning had a difference of 50. (31110 at png and 30960 at orra)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is most welcoming, most transparent and one with thr best shopping experience overall. They are leading, award winning platinum and diamond jewellery makers. Their diamond jewellery designs are truly outstanding.
The staff is extremely welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. They seem well trained specifically for jewellery sales (not generic sales guys).
Must visit outlet for jewellery shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have excellent variety of platinum diamond jewellery.
But the service is not upto the mark. You have to pester them into doing everything.
My ring size was 5 when we booked. They called me in 5 days saying ring is ready and gave me size 12 ring saying "We thought it will fit you". How?!!!!
Now it's been 22 days since I have given my ring for polishing. They had given me ETA of 10-15 days. When they got to know it'll take more than 15days they did not inform. I have been taking follow up everyday to which I get a reply we will call you back in 10 min. And then I don't receive a callback. This is been going on for 5 days now.
Great variety of jewellery makes me want to shop with them again. But looking at the service, I am reconsidering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class after service no one is picking up phone at store .They only promote their monthly scheme's.its been almost 3 week I given my pendent for changing polish but they r just giving some rubbish reasons for not returning it... Very bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went each and every Diamond shop in Laxmi Road for my girlfriend engagement ring. When landed in ORRA they did have few variety of design, but very impressive and of high quality. Thing that amazed me was I got for size 7 which is comparatively unavailable. Faced many rejections for size but at last finalized the design. Many Thanks to Sachin sir for his kind presentation and holding up the design for us.
