★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience - the cashier cheats on customers. While selling old gold, the cashier knowingly considered 22 carat instead of 23 carat. He also conveniently 'forgot' to apply 20% discount on making charges. Did not expect a brand like Ranka to do such shady things.

This place is located on Laxmi road, next to Shagun chauk. No private parking is available here, so do not bring car while visiting this place, though pay n park is available just 600meters away from this place but its always full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place,but I did not get what I liked ,as there was a defect in the zoomkas I liked in silver,and also some defect in artificial earrings which I choosed,so in both cases I did not get what I liked,I asked for separate bags,as they were gift articles,they very firmly said we cannot provide,felt a little disappointing.....
