Great variety of jewelry in traditional ,temple finishing. Quite supportive and good staff. We get individual sales person assigned to us to see different variety of products. Ring and earrings collection is awesome with low cost. Choker are so beautiful here... Pearl collection looks bit higher in cost than quality. They have a huge Bangles collection to explore. Must visit shop for all your antique jewelry needs.

Rude customer service, not visiting them again! - At least one rude staff at Sonchafa outlet noted for last 3 visits at Karve road, Kumthekar road and Laxmi road (Vandana) - Surely not choosing them next time - Sonchafa outlet(Karve road): Wanted to buy a gift for someone for Rs.600. Lady at Karve Nagar outlet was not ready to show jewelry in that range. If I buy above Rs.1500 then only she was ready to show me (like really???) - Vandana outlet (Laxmi road): One of the staff at Vandana outlet was extremely rude and complaining, even for the reasons we wanted to buy extra stuff (??), she was shouting whenever we were moving to any corner in the shop as if we were stealing the stuff. I have never received such treatment anywhere. As she was unwell, later on, another lady started showing us the stuff. Everyone except that lady was very cooperative. If you are unwell, and there is free staff (we were the only customers at that time and 4-5 ladies were free), why do you have to take initiative to show and then be rude with people for no reason at all? Either have rest or do your job well. - Sonchafa outlet (Kumthekar road): We wanted to change the size of the bangles that were bought by my mother-in-law and gifted in July last week. Due to medical reason, I could not visit in August, so we went in September first week. As per their policy, they were not ready to exchange those. They suggested a 50% cost reduction, which was neither a suitable nor practical choice for us. Concerns: - Again One of the staff was very rude and insensitive. Except for her, everyone else we talked with seemed fine and normal. - Unfriendly policy is one part, however, the way that particular staff was talking, it was very rude. There are many shops to choose from, there is absolutely no reason, to spend money and then get treated like that. - She had objection about everything. Like why we are exchanging at Kumthekar road branch, if the one who gifted us bought from Karve Nagar. If as per policy, you are not ready to exchange then period, why objection on this? - Then she also wanted to play with stickers and bangles under discussion. Like are you a child? Her brain development surely showed so. Hope her heart was like a child instead. - Definitely not customer-friendly policy in case of gifts and current situations - I can make alternate arrangements for the bangles however if you are denying the customer some service, at least be polite. That is the first principle taught for customer service. - Don't play with customer's stuff, if you don't want to exchange. - Have you ever heard about something like "Be sensitive" or being normal at least? Conclusion: I hope the miserable and ever-complaining staff at their outlets get emotional closure for the crisis they are going through and customers get the warm treatment they deserve. Definitely, not visiting them again, even if they are ready to change those bangles for me.
