★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Hari and Ms. Varsha, who have extra convincing power to convince the customers like me and my spouse. We had seen the Times of India ad in our Toronto to Delhi flight and decided to visit Pune show room and there was no plan to buy immediately either gold or diamonds. We liked the beautiful show room and staff hospitality. After two days Ms. Varsha had chat with me in WhatsApp and called me and again convinced. Myself and my spouse visited today in show roll and purchased beautiful items and Mr. Hari charged the reasonable cost.
I strongly recommend to visit this beautiful show room
and see the huge variety of gold and diamond ornaments and you will get reasonable cost.

Service is very good. They spend considerable amount of time and give attention to each customer whether you purchase or not. Rate is way lower than market due to one india one pricing.
Car / bike Parking is available.
Staff is supportive.
Cons :
They don't have coordination and end up telling different versions of the same scheme. First they say yes, then no, and then again yes, multiple sales person tell multiple things, which later on turn upside down.
Staff is not well trained on sales perspective.
Staff should be trained on ongoing gold rate, schemes and especially offers.
Customer handling shall be proper on this.
One of the staff member was not feeling well who seemed to be very less confident in showing variety of jewellery

Service was provided by Nisha, she was too helpful during the purchase and showed us a great variety of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with them today. They made us wait near sofa for 20-30 minutes and started attending customers which came after us on the same counter.
When we decided to left, their executive asked us to wait for 5 more minutes.
What you guys expect? First get humiliated and then purchase gold?
I don't know who is the store manager here, but he is not paying attention at all.

Shopped earrings on my birthday and they surprised me with the cake. Thank you Diksha Ma'am, Dhanashri and also Aneesh sir for good services and values offered. #Appreciated
