★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a chance to but couple of diamond sets, bracelets, rings from this place. The designs were great. But that's it the story startss from there.
Hardly used, one of the diamonds came off the ring & lost. We blamed our ill luck.
But no, the diamond from bracelet came off and lost. Hardly used.
We have this fellow a ring to resize.. He ruined it.
If you need value then go to PNG or Chandukaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, inordinate delays and no business ethics. Placed order on 26/1/2020 for custom earrings based on samples at the store and was told it will be ready in 2 weeks. Had to follow up multiple times and every time was given a new delivery date and new reasons. The owner would not take calls or reply to message on time. Finally showed me the same sample saying this is what he received from his team. He had the audacity to say "shut up" and hung up on me. Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Finally got my refund but I would never recommend this business to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chain I made from them kept breaking so I went to redo the Sam e the cost proposed was 6000₹ So we agreed to redo it but later when I went to collect it I was charged 13000₹ and without my knowledge of such expense it was rectified. Also the experience is rude and the cost of chain was high so had to bear this expense
