★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great showroom. Honest trades. Sales team is well informed and very cooperative. Some of the sales girls are very beautiful and can be their jewelry models. We shooed close to 2 lakh worth of jewelry there. Must visit and experience.

Ordered something in advance which was not delivered on time.
And even on the day of delivery they made a second promise of delivering which they did not keep.
Very very unprofessional. I think I am never going back to them again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular but not recommended. Customer service is poor. Staff and management are not there to serve customers but to force their ideas as if they are the only ones on this earth. Making charges are exorbitantly priced. This was my second visit in last 8 months and did not feel like buying ornaments due to high making charges and poor service. I bought gold jewellery worth few lacs for my daughter's wedding from other reputed jewellers in Pune. You will find Tanishque all over India, Gandevikar in Baroda, Ashtrker in Pune and many other local jewellers who are keen and sincere to serve customers. Hope this helps.

They are expert in doing "Hath-Safai". So we were buying earrings by exchanging our other earrings. While doing so, they asked to visit another counter and get the valuation done for our old earring. We did the valuation and that guy gave us receipt of rupees "x".
When we confirmed that we want to buy the new earrings, lady at the counter took that receipt from us, visited that exchange counter and got an exact receipt, but amount was " x - 2000".
When we brought this to their attention they were paniked and started giving x,y,z reasons.
Please Please dont burn your hard earned moneys. Think twice before u visit. Even if u visit pls pay attention to each and every activity of the sales "womens".
We are not going to visit this shop again. They are not worth of 1 star as well.
PS - There is one lady with spec who wear Flamingo wrist band. She is good in doing Hath kee Safai....
