★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with OSL bajaj tetultala Garia branch today (26/07/19). The female staff were adequately courteous, but the male store manager was very rude and indecent. I had plans to buy a pulser NS 200, and today morning when I called for a test drive, they assured me that the bike is there for test drive. I took leave for the day from my office for this, but when I reached there they said it's not available. Wasting my time and energy. What a waste....! If this is how they treat their potential customers, how will they treat the guys during servicing...??? Hope OSL authorities and Bajaj take some proactive steps towards such reputation damage ....

And they ensured I got a good deal when I exchanged my old bike.
