★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular TVS showroom is not that well. They don't have enough stock available with them. If you looking for a particular variant of a model, you might need to book it. There is a after sales service facility available with the store which is good. Salesman are not up to date about company's launch and also not admitting that too. If you are looking for normal commuter segment then I will recommend you this shop, else don't go for this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Commutation to the service centre location is not that good. Frequency of public transport vehicle is too less. Cabs available though. It would be better if the space is bigger for parking service vehicle, but not an issue. Good option for people living at South-East Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go to Karuna TVS . This is a Local sub standard Service Center . It's just a small 2 Bhk Flat converted to showroom cum service center . Not proper equipments they dont give proper bill for the service.The staff are two 18 year old boys with less knowledge . Manager cum receptionist cum owner is very rude .Worst experience ever .I imagine why does TVS give the most important part i.e service to such people .

Uses harsh languages which shall blow the customers mind .
Would have given a -5 rating if Google had provided such ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarathi TVS basically this showroom sold only defective bikes. And service is very very bad. They don't have service nearest to showroom. I think they are not capable of handling premium customers. And after purchased i realized that 'i don't pay for purchase they give it free to me'. TVS should not allow to open this type of bad showroom.
