★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I called up the service centre at around 12:30pm to enquire about a part, they told me contact them after lunch Time, which is after 3pm. And then after I called them up, the person on the other side said that he's not in the service centre but still he agreed to listen to me. On enquiring about the spare part, which is the upper front cover of Bajaj avenger 160 street, he told me that I'll have to purchase the entire headlight set whereas in the morning I enquired the same with another OSL service centre, their I was told that the part is currently not available, but they do sell the spare part for a price of 115Rs. If I place an order for it, they'll get it within 2 weeks time. Now I don't know, who gave me the correct information, but what I felt bad is why is there so much disparity between two service centres of the company?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this specific OSL service center for the 1st service of my Dominar 400 BS6 on 9th March 2021.
Refer the attached images.
It's been almost 2 months and my bike is performing just as it should after the 1st service.
If you live in and around Kolkata & have a Dominar or any other Bajaj bike you want to get serviced you can definitely check this palce out.
Since the Dominar is their flagship model and a bit on the premium side , you want nothing but proper tools and services to be used.
I found their service to be exceptionally professional right from the beginning.
One of the things that impressed me the most is their time commitment , they told my bike would be ready by 5:30 pm and nonetheless my bike was getting its final polish & wiped down by 5:10 pm.
Service time will depend the number of bikes entered before yours.
They use proper power tools to work on the bike and a power washer to wash the bike as well.
Another thing I liked is that they have a proper air conditioned customer waiting room with large glass panes so that you can clearly see what's being done with your bike.
