★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inventor of elevators, Otis is the best you can get in the market. The elevators of Otis are quite decent and safest in every possible way. Though there are some slacks in Services, but the product quality is best among all the competitors. Safest elevators among all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our Society in City Apartments, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi we had replaced all 4 of our lifts from KONE to OTIS 4-5 years ago. The lifts had been working satisfactorily but of late for the last 3-4 months giving persistent troubles. at time 3 out of 4 lifts are out of order causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents. Besides there is continuous problem in one of the lift for quite some time ..it makes noice at some floors. We had the service contract with the OTIS but inspite of all this the services are not satisfactory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company. After sales service is worst. Before 3 months new lift installed in our Aashray group housing society and lift is out of order since last 8 days. The technician visited after two days and inform that one part is to be replaced and after 4 days he visited again with that part and again told us that another part is to be replaced and that part will come from Lucknow and take another 2 to 3 days. My question is that Otis installed more than thousands lift in Delhi NCR but co. Don't have very common part in his store and take 7 to 8 days for resolve the problem.
