★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.....these people r cheats.lift did not work for a single day and stopped working the next day.when we approached them they refused to take the responsibility.lift is non functional for last 6 months and there is no response from parnami elevators despite repeated reminders.they got the full payment and cheated us.when finally we got it checked it from other service providers,we got to know that the drive had been made non functional intentionally by parnami elevators.PARNAMI Elevators are big cheats.Never avail their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to say that we have had a Very bad experience. The lift provided is a safety hazard . At times the lift door refuses to open . The ARD device doesn’t work and the lift has got stuck in between the 2 floors . The service people come and tell that it is the electricity supply from DHBVN is the problem .
It is now about six months but not a single month has gone without the lift giving us problem . Every week or fortnight one of us has got stuck inside the lift .
The lift would even stop at the different floor the button for which has not been pressed .
On the house warming day , the lift was a very big embarrassment as my guests especially the elderly were locked inside and we had to lock the lift so that no untoward incident occurs .
The Parnami team is only interested in payments but not in seeing that the customer doesn’t have problems using the lift .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All reviews here are by members of the family that run Parnami. They are all fake. Not a single week has gone by that the lift has not given us trouble. The lift is a life hazard as thrice it has happened that passengers have gotten trapped inside despite assurance by the company that the ARD would have the lift stop at the next floor. If a single person decided to use their lift by himself and was alone in the house, he could be dead. The only thing the team asks for is payment and none of their management has any idea that bi weekly since their lift has been installed it has stopped functioning and we have had to give them a call. It is quite shameless to even ask for a payment- which is a big mistake on our side to have given them most of it- under these circumstances. The company also charges an yearly maintenance fee, which in our case means most of the time the lift is in maintainence than actually working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive improvement has been observed in past wrt behaviour of employees and the maintenance of the installed lift as per AMC requirements.
The AMC has been renewed and we expect continued excellent performance .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware of this fraud company. They will sell lift to you with some other specification and install 3rd grade material later.
Also after 1 year they will stop lift AMC. Not recommended at all.
Dont go for there price as the its less because they will use 3rd grade material.
Had very bad experience with company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends be careful before using their services, as they will always try to cheat you after taking your order. And after one year of you will not give them AMC they will stop your lift by enabling the password on the server.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms Parnami Elevators meets my requirement and installed the lift in my house 2 months back. The quality of lift is very good and its value for money. The material and machine used is comparable to renowned brands.The after sale service is also very good as experienced till date.
