★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Known for the variety of products and Brands available. Have shopped from their no fringes
shop 3-4 times. However products that we brought have fake MRPs on them and this is the case for multiple products(which we realised late). For example: A 1,500 TShirt had an original MRP of 699 bucks. They are running a fraud show out there. Any more shopping from Outershell stops.

However recently this place selling fake cheap items at higher prices equivalent to regular brand pricing.
Had a bitter experience with recently purchased pair of Faux Leather kids shoe peeling off in a days use.
When reported to Owner, they harshly refused to offer any service/exchange/refund citing their "IMPORTED" products don't come with any warranty irrespective of any price and is solely buyers BAD LUCK.
Customers beware of such fraud!!!!

1.) The Store:-
Outershell is a place where consumer satisfaction doesn't matter at all. These guys procure things from dealers at a very nominal, low rate and dispose it off to the customers at the market rate or slightly higher than that. In doing this, they play with the quality of the product while procurement. Most of the things that you will get over here is generally outdated in terms of fashion. Majority of the products have a manufacturing date over a year as a result the 'freshness factor' of a product is low. They usually don't list their articles on sale even if the parent company of the product has declared a regional sale on their products. Thus the benefit is not passed on to the consumer. Coming to the non branded products, pricing is equally high. They usually have a bigger margin on local products and hence their magnitude of persuasion for buying such products is high. Moreover, the no return, no refund policy which once used to thrive off in smaller stores is found here. I don't understand the fact that if the parent company takes back a defective piece of item back and exchanges it against a new product then why can't this store? Also, the trial rooms are claustrophobic and hence you get very little space to try out their stuffs.
2.) The Owner:-
On many occasions, I have seen the owner shouting on top of his voice inside the store! I don't think that's a good environment for shopping. He often boasts about people buying in bulk from him and making bills of 10s of thousand to the customers who ask for a discount. This is usually done to keep that new customer in a dim light and glorify those who are his so called regular customers.
So, I suggest if you want to buy any branded products, avoid this shop. There is a mall near Outershell, somewhat 2kms away. This might fulfill your requirement.
