★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my pizza delivered and it was the worst pizza i ever had...the base was uncooked
. Less sauce..and pale tasting vegetables...!
On top of that the delivery guy had the audacity to ask for 5star rating...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 medium sized pizzas & a garlic bread directly from their site. The pizzas were not at all hot and very poorly packed.
Site mentioned that there will a free garlic bread on an order greater than Rs. 600/-
But the garlic bread was missing in the order.
Called their customer care, they agreed to refund half of the price for the inconvenience caused.
But the amount is still not refunded after 10 days of the complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had opted for delivery of pasta from Ovenstory and this was delivered by their own valet. The valet asked to take photo of Zomato order details and while doing so, himself gave 5 star rating for the food. Such a fraudulent behaviour. The firangi baked pasta was yucks, inedible. Disintegrated paneer and weird smelling jalapeño.
Typical rotten factory food.
I'd never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza are awesome as always. Next level cheese is really cheese as I had exotic paneer pizza from oven story with the amazing chocolate fantasy which is my favorite . This combo took my heart away. Lots of love to team ovenstory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever.. order a pizza and wait for 1.5 hours.. Domino's would have delivered 3 times in this duration. Never order from Faasos or ovenstory. Delivery boy just said restaurant gave the food late and no other explanation was offered. Bad bad place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried all the popular pizza places like Domino's, Pizza hut and the rest but Oven Story is one of those pizza places where you are not at all hesitant to order their pizza. Unlike other pizzerias their pizza is not dry it's just too perfect even their bread is the best they make sure that the toppings are equally spread on all corners of the pizza which is what I prefer in a pizza. Their pricing on pizza and their combos are very much cheap unlike other pizzerias. I love their chicken tikka and kheema pizza. And last but not the least their packaging is the best they never give their pizza boxes directly they wrap it up and deliver it you. It's the best pizzeria to order from as they have best pizza and best combos which are very much affordable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Ovenstory before and always like their pizza, they are always fresh and with good quantity of toppings.
The packaging, preparation is always on point.
I ordered -
MAHARAJA VEG CHEESE PIZZA - The toppings was great, loved the paneer and Jalepenos, Cheese was good and the best part was base. It doesn't tasted like stale thick bread, also the tandoori masala sprinked just enhanced the taste. Highly recommend it ?????
So do give it try guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken tikka cheese burst pizza(M) and maharaja veggies cheese burst pizza (M). Size was quite big . Taste was awesome. Toppings were of good ammount. The garlic bread sticks were disappointing in taste. Also delivery was within time. Overall a good pizza . Must try!
