★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever take any courier service from overnight express, very pathetic service sometimes they hold your courier for more than 20 days and then they will return it to you. They have network issues as well so hard to catch on phone. I took service one time and burned my hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charges in comparison to the services provided are too high and do take care while they are weighting the parcel as they charge for more weights whereas the weight of the parcel is very less. Even I was charged for 500 gms which I didn't notice at that very point of time and actually my parcel was weighing nearly 200-250 gms so they charged for the double but they delivered the parcel very next day so these are the pros and cons of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hopeless service and vey rude behaviour they work only for money they dont believe in service .... they give commitment for 5 days but parcel reaches after 15 days .... never seen such type of services from courier ...Mrs.Padminiji and Pradip rao ( branch head ) dont have sense to talk such a hopeless service and people sit at overnite express ltd. very dissopointed & one should never send any courier with them
