★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get your courier theough this company, your courier will be lost. It will never come to you. The owner does not know how to write correct phone number and is very rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional services. Your parcel will not reach you at all if you go through them. Manoj and dilip are the most unprofessional and rude guys. They will write wrong address and number and then blame it on you. I did a parcel through them which never reached me, and before a week i did a parcel with another company that has already reached me. Manoj has no manner to talk to a customer, he will call you and talk rudely to you for his mistakes. NEVER EVER GET YOUR COURIER THROUGH THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional person. My sister in law gave a courier guy parcel which was to be delivered to Canada. That guy gave to this guy and he messed up. He wrote incorrect name and phone of the receiver. Obviously parcel had to be returned back as they could not contact the receiver.
On knowing that parcel is returning and he might now have to pay duties in india he panicked and started abusing the receiver for not paying duties.
SIR, HOW ARE WE TO KNOW THAT WE HAVE TO PAY DUTY TILL WE ARE INFORMED?
He called midnight just to satisfy his ego and abuse us and use words like CHARBI etc and inspite of we telling him to respect other people time he called left and right just so that he can shout on receiver and put the blame saying you didn’t pay duties.
REALLY? I didn’t pay duty.
HAD YOU BEEN EDUCATED ENOUGH TO MENTION CORRECT NAME AND PHONE WE WOULD NOT HAVE MESSED THIS UP.
Pls save yourself from giving parcel to this sick man and POOJAN INTERNATIONAL, DILIP. Dilip gives courier to Manoj and they both are uneducated and should not be in service business when they don’t even know how to talk.
