★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Used Overnite Express to send stuff to UK, some years back. On tracking details, i found mention of another courier agency based in south delhi. I found their address and reached there to book and send my next consignment and they charged me less than half of what i paid at overnite. Overnite was using their services and charging me double for the same! Well that's business!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont use this courier even if they serve you for free. They took 30 days for a courier from Chennai to Davanagere (karnataka) about 600 kms. Call center says it is sent to local office and not ready to give local office address or phone number. Finally when it was delivered they lied about delivery date on tracking page. Worst Worst Worst...service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have given negative marking. My consignment is lying in Noida for last 6 days, no one came for delivery, no one picks up call, tried calling several branches. Called branch where my consignment is available, guy says I am working in Gurgaon branch, he doesn't have Noida branch number. No reply to email, no one picks corporate customer care phone number
