★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got admitted for my 1st delivery. Was in the condition where I was taken to the OT directly. Firstly would like to thank Dr.Merlin J. Kishore mam. In OT I was taken care by Deepa, Beena and lab incharge who assisted me very well during my delivery. Overall care is very good and the hospital premises is also maintained cleanly. Sure that each will feel comfortable and will surely receive the best hospitality in this hospital. Overall great experience, and carrying back the best memory with my child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctor and the service is awesome we feel like a home and treatment is too caring and well behaved.
Lactation is also a important part as my baby born in 7 months so Lactation Dr.Smitha is supportive regarding feeding and medicine and more specific on mother milk to the baby .
The other way the Lactation & Neonatologist Doctor are very much humble and kind.
I am thankful that I choose Ovum.

Brief about how we landed here.
We were consulting other doctor but due to their vacation for 3-4 days I was searching for backup option and saw some good reviews about Ovum and called up Rajesh, consultant from Ovum. He was good in providing good package and guided us with all details and service provided by Ovum. I was happy with that and booked appointment with Dr Sandhya , she gone through evey details about the past and guided us.
Admission and Delivery experience:
Admission process was very quick and all the procedures went well and we were blessed with baby girl. We are thankful to Dr Sandhya as she provided right guidence and we never felt she is new to us.
Hospital staff:
It exceeded our expectation every staff in the hospital were helpful and friendly. Starting from house keeping maintaining cleanliness throughout the day and Nursing staff are well trained and turning up within no time in just one ring and very friendly. Food provided at the hospital is very good and they maintain proper timing.
Some goodies: Ovum offered some nice goodies to enjoy our happiness , Cake cutting, photo shoot, car decoration, and new born kit.
Overall we are happy with service provided by Ovum and would strongly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are happy with the service provided by OVUM hospitals ,i want to share my experience how i landed over on ovum...while i am searching for best doctor near kalyan nagar,one of my friend suggested Dr.Indrani from ovum..from there our journey started in ovum...
First i want to appreciate My doctor Dr Indrani she is so caring then i want to thank to administration team start from booking appointment till guiding to doctor the service was awesome
Then comes to floor doctors,nurses,attenders,house keeping staff services in one word entire hospital staff the services in one ring of the bell they will be in our room to take care of us, all of them had done a fabulous job finally i want to appreciate the Insurance claim team ...they had a hands on experience in processing documents in claiming the insurance....Food provided at the hospital is very good and they maintain proper timing.
some goodies which included in our package like cake cutting,new born kit,free lactation and physiotherapy and other charges,photo shoot for new born baby some more gift hampers from seba med
