★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to say? Earlier this company was good. Now they are delaying the dispatch. My two bottles of water was supposed to dispatch today but I didn't received the same. There is practically no customer care number. I tried their 24 x 7 number 3 times but now body picked the same. Wrote to their email id, lets see what is their reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a completely fraud company with pathetic customer service. They have taken money for subscription of water and only made delivery once. Multiple follows up with their team and they do not revert back. Beware and stop buying from such crooks... Their staff members like Shilpa and few others are extra polite but don't know how to resolve issues. Their app is not user friendly at all. Don't make any wallet payments on app as it will deduct money but will not update balance and then you will be following up for payment status.
