★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security levels less(My shoes are stolen from my door steps). And the worst thing is, Society management not even ready to listen complaints from Owners. Not even this society eligible to single star.
They don't allow home delivery boys, Gas cylinder boys inside the society after that also things will be missing.
The management is so Worst(You will be responsible for all things)
Security people will not take orders if we are not delivery premises.

Do not get confused with the ratings you see here as 5 star. These ratings are given by sales team of oxy evolve to promote their property . Alisha and Saad Khan are from sales team
Many guys who bought flat here are regretting .
Here's the point which should read you before buying or renting property here
1.Water is not good this is tanker water, which has high TDS you can not clean your cloths And even your body properly
2.sales team and builder treats you like no body and once you pay them they will unnecessary impose hidden charges.
3. Surrounding is not good you will feel like you are staying in village.
4. Electricity problem, wagholi does not get 24 hours electricity, specially in summer, but this is not that much poeblem.
5.worst thing about this society is that many work/facility which was promised by builder is not fulfilled yet and builders has planeed to leave the site after selling the flats at low rate
Pending work which was promised when people bought home here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serene space to live in. The approach road needs development though. Power backup limited to common areas only. Amenities are well maintained. Water hardness is unbearable. TDS is 1100+ , due to which Home appliances, clothes, washroom fittings all go bad. I myself had to visit a skin specialist (dermatologist) as I was facing skin rashes. Society has multiple rules which may be unwelcome at times.
