★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and bathroom is nice as a budget property. But the cleanliness of towels, bed cover, bed sheet and pillow cover is very poor and i think they put these things once used. Very disappointing factor is even they didn’t provide one bottle water. Hotel staffs are not that much well behaving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Located just under Parsik Hills so it's a peaceful place to be. The rates are a little high for the kind of room and amenities they provide. I felt the rates would be justified if they were 20% less. The stay was enjoyable nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located right next to Apollo Hospitals in Belapur. The rooms are clean. We were checked in quite fast. The staff are polite, efficient and unintrusive. We booked through MakeMyTrip and the prices were pretty reasonable. They have room service, although they only serve Indian food. The food was average but reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall condition of the room and the bathroom was good. What they seriously lack is in the CLEANLINESS and SERVICE department. The bedsheet and quilt were shabby. Also during my stay of 2 days, the room floor was not cleaned.
The AC was not working, it had a broken remote and drained batteries. They replaced and made it work after complaining.
There was no cable on the TV, the second day they replaced it with another set top box which was recharged (it's like they keep only a few set top box charged to reduce costs).
There was a local brand water bottle kept in room with no expiry date. The second day I didn't even get that. Had to ask at the reception.
In the morning when I was checking out, there was no one at the reception for ½hr, had to call and ask for someone to be there for checking out.
If you need a peace of mind while staying in a hotel, then skip this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok kind of hotel. Service was not good. My room AC was not working and I informed on 1st day itself. I was there for 5 days but manager didn't bothered to call mechanic. Don't do all advance payment.. We did this mistake or else I must had shifted somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks good in pictures. But poor housekeeping. No pest control. Cockroaches all over. No window in room feel like the jail. No food arrangements. If asked for helper simply ask you to take it from nearby restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and good place to stay specially for relatives of loved ones admitted in Apollo Hospital next to the premises. Decent rooms good sound protection as my window faced the highway and i could bearly hear traffic. The staff is friendly. The location cannot be more accessible than this it's just next to the highway. Cons are there is no kitchen at premises so only tea and water gets served. On the brighter side we have instamart store located in the premises of the building making raw food and essential stuff easily delivered. There are restaurants close by and you are allowed to order food from outside. Rates are negotiable based on stay I recommend speaking with them in person for best quote rather than just book online. There is parking available for vehicles giving u a sense of security. You have a fueling station as well within 3 to to 4 hundred metres
