★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. In addition to this, the room was also extremely dirty and unhygienic. During covid times, it is imperative that all possible sanitation and hygiene methods be followed. But the room allotted to us had an extremely dirty toilet and cobwebs hanging in the bathroom. The exhaust was also not functional, which upon repeated reminders, was replaced on the second day of our stay, by the owner. The owner, as a person, was a little helpful in getting the same in order. This is not a family friendly hotel at all, especially for women. I am writing this, based on my mother's bitter experience with the hotel staff who's behaviour was unacceptable by all standards. The owner apologized to my mother profusely after the development of this man's unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour. But by that time, the damage to the property was irreversibly done.
