Cheaters . First they call you to get free holiday stay thn they will give you offers and valid for that day only.the will say they have 5 star properties but their property is not even star catagory. If you pay and taje their package they will surely not give you any booking at all. They have may complaint you can search it on Google . I have lost huge money in this trap . Please be careful. And call police for any fraud.

- I Have been called by your executive and told that my name is choosen for lucky coupons 3N/4D holiday voucher . ADDRESS : B-105 A 1 st floor , Ansal Plaza Mall. Neha Where I met Mr. Rehan who has no idea what he is telling or even dont know about the Group. He misbehaves like i am his subordinate. This all coupons are fake . They are trapping people by selling different plans all fake and taking unresonable rates. dont go there they are fake all together. NO SERVICE NOTHING. Suggestion to company:- If you want to grow in this industry try to grab quality people who can convince and explain the things clearly. so please take the matter seriously and do the needful or strict action against him. totally cheaters, they never rely on their own written words. they don't know how to speak with customer misbehaved with customer pathetic service no response denied services just before the plan forcefully want to apply their newly created policies to all customers as per their convenience In total they made you fool you have to go to court to get back your money because their head office denied everything whatever you request them mutually

Fraud company. They allure people by saying they are getting 3N/4D free voucher in 3rd grade dharmshalla kind of hotels. Once you reach there, they ask for get the full membership by paying 100,000 Rs. I had a doubt, so I asked for some initial package where I can test their services and in response of that they sold 25,000 Rs. package for 5 years in which 20+ days holidays can be taken. They have only four resorts that are also not very good. They lured me by saying national and overseas booking are also available by paying additional 12,000 Rs once. Now they are backed out by saying no RCI membership can be used only by paying 100,000 Rs. WORST EXPERIENCE talking to Rakesh Giri (Executive - Club Group of Hotels).

Somehow I got the membership card and also visited Auli in the package tour. But Faced a lot of challenges: 1) Earlier they promised that I can book even 2 studio apartments simultaneously, which was denied later on. 2) All provided contact persons got changed along with numbers. Finally I got one contact person name and he too not responding most of the time 3) Its not a professional CLUB. They are trying to provide service but not able to keep it upto the level.. 4) No grievance cell where you can report your concerns.

This is a cheater company, Do not even think to get associated with them, They have looted us near a lac rupee and not a single trip has been arranged. The rating should have been negative for them but I did not had an option to post that here... -Never gives an availability when you need even the off season -Response time is very very poor -AMC without use (Even though agreed no AMC if no use in a year) -Customer support is sucking one.

They Are simply cheaters, I had already raised a case with consumer forum against them, i believe them and purchased 5 year membership and after very next day post knowing about their bad review i requested them to cancel my membership. Today, after 2 months of followups in which they assured to returning the amount by cutting the processing fee they are now denied to return my money. I think i lost my Rs 55000, but will surely get them behind the bar. I had started my fight for this..

I wish we could rate even below a single star. This company is as bad as it can get for a customer. I had purchased a 10 year membership plan in June last year. Till date I have not been able to make a single reservation. Every time their executives come up with a new policy, which is nowhere documented in their agreement. They follow the most unethical way to run a business. The company is totally fraud. Kindly do not waste your money on their membership.
