★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was offered in poor condition. No TV and DTH was provided. Had hassles with staff as earlier they said 6000 as rent and then 7000 while checking in at night. Had no option as didn't got support from OYO so checked in. Other facilities are decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live in..I was living here from past 6 months and there is no cleaning, proper power back, security guard and on top of that when we complain it on oyo they just say they will look into the matter but nothing improved. Now, oyo have shut the pg on a notice of 1 week and providing no support to relocate. Now, I have no place to go on such a short notice.

Firstly, there is no support from Oyo for anything once you start living. One of the main issue is non availability of clean drinking water. The water purifiers(RO) are not working in all the floors. Rooms are not cleaned on regular basis.
Secondly, the supervisor is irresponsible and will not be available most of the time.
Thirdly, there is no escalator and wifi is slow. There aren't any supermarkets or restaurants nearby.
Fourthly, metro is far away.
The only reason for choosing this was the brand of OYO. I will definitely think before moving into any OYO offering next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go there. Total waste of money. So many hidden charges and worst stay place.
1. Rent is very high as per the area. approx area rent is 6k-7k for single room but they ask you for 12k for very conjusted rooms. Please go to another well settled society in less rates. When I ask about rent at starting they said that rent will increase annually but just after 3 months they increased my rent more than 10%.
2. They charge Electricity rates very high as per the govt. rule and rates. Govt. area per unit charge is 6-7rs but they will charge you 12rs per unit. Along with 20rs daily maintenance charge (600rs monthly but govt. rate for 2kw is 220rs only) but if you ask them why doing this they will start harrassing you. No any govt. Rules they follow neither in rent nor in electricity charges.
3. Fake and fraud staff and owner. Don't give any agreement charge or something they will not give you agreement and when you ask for refund they start cheating you.
4. RO and washing machines didn't work as well of whole building you have to wait for external resources. Also if you wakeup early you will not found water in taps you have to wait till 8AM.
5. Idiotic staff and uncultured people.
At last Suggestion is Please don't waste your money here. You will regret.
