★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class PG. Uncle and Staff is very rude. They don't have good AC very old AC. electricity charging 11 Rs whereas I am living in Residential house no commercial meter there.
They use rotten vegetable and bad quality of material is used to cook food. Surely if u will continuously eat there you will have acidity and food poison problem. No cleanness is maintained.They are returning the security. If you complain they start tourching you. Manoj is senseless cook and he don't know how to speak to girl.Really embarrassing and pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. The service providedby Sunrise Boys & Girls PG is better than others. Food is healthy and delicious. Homely environment and the way they work on any complaints regarding any issue is far better. Walking distance from Noida sector 52(blue line) and 51(aqua line) metro station. I'll recommend other if they wanna shift in Noida should prefer Sunrise Boys & Girls PG.

trust me, tenant do not give on these rating based on their experience but because of they have no option.
How can you say No to pg owner where are you staying.
How the owner of the pg do fraud with you.

1. He will never give receipt for the rent or the security payment.
2. He will never accept the payment on-line or check.
3. He do so for three reason one - PG is illegal and second he do not want pay tax to government
and third he can take away your money as you do not have any proof for money paid.
4. He will inform you that he too have laundry service but it do not.
5. He may show you different room as demo and in actual you may get some other room.

No Camera, No TV and only one washing machine for 30 to 40 people.
Food quality is not so good.
Ac's are quite Old almost 15 yr old.Charging 11 Rs Electricity bill.
Only one Fridge.
Room are dark.
Attached Bathroom and Curtain are not up to the quality.
Matters, sheet and pillow of bad quality.
RO water not available only ground water is used for RO.
No Evening tea is provided.
Room are specious but not managed well.
Owner taking rent only in cash.

Sunrise and Royal PG are the same PG.
Please do not come here even for one month. The owner Devendra is a cheater. He took security/advance and never returned. No-one is going to listen if you have any problem with anything in the PG.
And then there is Khatmal issue. They have very old mattress and bedsheets, full of khatmal. They don't even care about it.
So, take the PG at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best PG facility I have seen. The owner is very very friendly and actions are immediately upon suggestions and requests. Rooms are big with attached toilet. Food is great. Rooms are cleaned almost twice a week. So the premises are always tidy and hygienic. Overall it is an excellent PG facility at a feasible rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is a very good person with nice behavior. Very good experience, bcoz there are lots of Pg in Noida, I have also four Pg experience, according to facility price this pg is worthfull. Heigine food and Ac rooms and situated at prime location so I don't think it's costly in this location very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is very rude, on the first night only he showed his real face. He asked me to leave the PG by 11 pm just because I complaint him regarding my rooms 2nd fan (fan of my side) which was not working. He was shouting on me, to pay 16k (8k rent and 8k deposit). I asked him to firstly do full maintenance of my room then only I will pay the money.
He was saying to adjust under a fan with other roommate in this hot summer. And I was knowing if had adjusted for a single day, then he won't fix my fan and will not return security too. That's why I left that PG within 2 hrs in midnight.
