★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for just one month with my friend. They will show the same room to everyone and even offer you no matter if someone is living.. they will enter your room without your permission in your absence as they give you only one key even if it is a two seater or three seater..you have to manage with the single key.. the cleaning staff is rude and don't even have manners..and not regular and neat at work.. the rest of the staff includes two men and they roam around everywhere.. but they don't allow even you dad to enter the room but they are free to walk in.. whenever there is a worker to repair something they leave him alone in the room.. don't even has this much sense to be there while someone is working. If you completed a month in that room then for sure for the next month they will be shifting you to another room without even telling you.. and they throw away your luggage in your absence.. lastly the owner is a completely money minded lady who talks sweetly when you are a client but as soon as you start living there she doesn't care..she has no manners how to talk in a decent way, don't stay to her words, lie on your face and shows you her attitude and tantrums as if you are staying there for free.. And anyone can come to that place even at night.. they don't even notice that even after having cameras. I would really suggest go for something else.. but not for this one.. rooms are also not that clean.. if you are getting a room at the ground floor.. one of the rooms doesn't have an attached bathroom. That is also used by the workers. Not a good experience I must say. We have to leave the PG at a 1 day notice without even informing us.. that thing just came up.. n we would never go back to that place.. I would prefer sleeping on the footpath then there..this is NO Quality PG!!!

I stayed there for a month and had to leave the place at a 1day notice.
They will show the room to others in your absence without your permission.
Even If you have paid for double sharing, owner will shift you to triple/four sharing without even taking your consent.
The Lady doesn't know how to behave, doesn't stick to her own words and the only thing that matters to her is MONEY.
I would suggest you to go for any other PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded owners. They don't care for tenant's comfort. My friends suffered a lot.
Whoever is joining, pls check confirm that you'll get same room as they've showed. Also make everything on-paper. Don't believe what they say, always have keep proof of your conversation/transaction.
One last thing, location of PG is slightly inaccurate. Actual address is A70, sector 52. Dual sharing rooms are good but lastly it's the behaviour of owner which matters. (They can open your rooms in your absence, make sure you clear thing on the very first day)
