★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have outstanding collections of gold and diamond jwellery ,now the most important questions is about making charge, recently they charge 17 percent of the total gold value (as per the rate of the particular date when you visit the shop)as making charge and pan card will be required for the purchase above 2 lakh. Stuffs are helpful. lf you want to collect a masterpiece then go for p.c chandra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality- perfect. Variety-huge. Service-nice. All good and sweet, but for the customers who would shop immediately. Other schemes seem to be a loss for the customers. Other than that, this is one of the best places to find Gold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesperson at the store are very rude and unprofessional. I had bought a bangle which they said they would deliver on Dhanteras day as their was some defect in it. On Dhanteras day when I had visited their store they were preparing the bill for me, and when I asked them to let me have a look at my finished product, the nasty saleswoman refused, even after asking for multiple times.
They packed the product and gave it to me and since there was lot of rush that day I came home and found that the bangle was bent and broken at many places.
I went the next day and asked them to fix it, to which they said they would rebuild the same model for me, but they would take a month to deliver.
I agreed and went after a month only to find that not only they have increased the gold weight but also increased the size of the bangle and they were charging money from me.
When I informed the manager about this, he made derogatory remarks.
He said that "All women get fat after marriage and hence it's better to purchase bangles which are bigger than the current size that you require"
On politely refusing to keep that bangle they demanded me to pay the making charge again and only then they would fix my bangle.
I am suffering a lot because of their unprofessional and manipulative behaviour, I am paying more money and not getting my product delivered on time
Please dont go to PC Chandra bhowanipur branch. The staff are very rude.

I wanted to buy a light weight mangalsutra.
Firstly they don't have any collections and more importantly they are least bothered to show you any thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor unacceptable behaviour. I visited this jewellery shop on 7th march 2022. We were not offered any seat to sit we waited for more than 4 hours . Apart from that the staffs are very bad behaved and manipulative . I also witnessed tremendously ill manners of staffs .
My fore fathers used to praise this place as they were renounced customers of this shop. However the quality has taken a nose dive and this is present scenario.
Very very ill mannered , rude and unprofessional receptionist, staff and the security guards as well.
In my opinion there is no point of buying anything from this shop. I feel very sad to say this but that’s the real fact. Even the gold work that I purchased from here which was a engagement ring . I got it repaired twice. Unfortunately it could not be repaired till now.
