★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very courteous and friendly staff. You could get the best assistance in buying jewellery at this place. Collection is vast and caters to budget of everyone. My experience at this place was excellent. I visited with my parents both of whom are senior citizens and they were very happy with the services extended. Kudos to the staff and we hope to visit again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious branch with professionals dealing with customer choice. Unique Design and finesse of their products are sharp. Connoisseur of jewellery products would love their neatly crafted ornaments.
Rate of exchange for old gold with hallmark is poor i.e. 94% of Gold Value on that day. This policy is not customer friendly. Takes too much time during their procedures related to purchase of a product by customer.
My rating is 3.5 stars if possible.

However, one point should be mentioned and that should be applicable across all the showrooms. All the current ornaments are hallmarked and having particular numbers engraved in it. These numbers are small but definitely readable with the help of magnifying glass. These numbers should be printed in the corresponding cash memo as well. Such printing will help both the customers and the seller to verify and establish whether a particular ornament had been purchased from that particular seller or not.
Such modifications does not involve almost any additional investment. Just some simple tweaking in the software should be able to serve the purpose. In fact, some other sellers are already doing this.
