★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm impressed with their services. The store is located near Kanchkal stop in Sodepur. It is two storied spacious store and they have huge collection of gold and diamond jewelleries as well as cosmetic jewellery. Some of their sales personnel are not so customer friendly. But their stock is good and worth it. It was amazing to find hansuli necklace and jhumka from the store.
4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services,,, I repeat the worst services,, I am purchasing products from this senco from last two years...however, the counter was stuck, the billing line was huge and the management was poor,, the higher management staffs are busy with the big customers (who are buying products worths 2/4 lakhs)..The sale's persons are requesting to do schemes every time and called before the dhanteras to come and get the sceme percentages, also I am asking for water from
the staffs from 7:30 and however they are very unprofessional and my friend get me the water now... I feeling unwell due to the crowd and this unhealthy atmosphere... First, O recommended this shop however, After this day . not sure to recommend this place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Noah Badhano from the Sodepur branch of Senco gold and diamond. In just twenty days a small part of it broke. When I take it to the showroom, they tell me that this kind of thing can break. And they put glue on that broken place. The glue is going up after a few days. I can't imagine buying a jewelry from senco and wearing it with glue.Local gold shops are much better than these. Because they at least listen to the customer and solve the problem. Name big quality cheep.
