★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collection of Jewelry. Unique Jewelry at reasonable making charge. Salesmen are really helpful when you need to select and finalise a Jewelry. They are patient and would show you their stock until you get satisfied. Gold rate is almost at per market (exchange) rate. Overall very good experience. They take hallmark gold for exchange with 8.5% deduction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well P.C Chandra is a good and genuine place where Gems and Diamonds are available to be bought. There ate variety of carats of gems and people make Golden and silver rings to wear such stones. Well this shop has many Gemologists if I am pronouncing the correct word for them. They help us differentiating between the real stone and that of the fake ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today and told them specifically that I was planning to buy jewellery worth 6 lacs for marriage purpose. But, the employees made me feel I went there for getting a ration card. No wonder why pc chandra as a company is struggling bro perform in terms of its peers. I went out from there and did the shopping from reliance jewels kankurgachi. But , I don't think the employees had any remorse. They seem to be enjoying there government job at PC jewellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing gold jewellery from them for more than 15years. Never felt disappointed with the service, price of gold or design s and exchange facilities. No complaints against them at all. Fully satisfied with the overall experience. Not typical small-scale jewellers they have some very elaborate arrangements of evaluation and accounting procedures.Though the making charges are a bit on the higher side but the quality of the gold is assured. The staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Overall a very dependable and trustworthy jewellery house. Very much recommended.

Though they are advertising full pages in leading newspaper and also categorically mentioned that opening time is 10.30 am., but reaching there at 10.30 am today found the store is not open. The security personnel had informed that all staffs are babus and will not report before 11.00 am. Waited there till 11.10 but the store was still not open. I was in hurry to get some ornaments for a gift purpose. Ultimately went to MP Jewellers, Kankurgachi and bought the required gift. Will never visit the Ultadanga branch in future and will discourage all not visit this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to be insulted by the staff then go there , rules are different for different customers, some are allowed to click photos and some are not depends on if u r Bengali or non Bengali. Earing counter specially as I purchased earning from there.My invoice no: HOSL/ 6892 , 154 A Ultadanga branch.
These sales girls will insult u and mock you if you take time to decide which jewellery to buy.( Earing counter). Customer buying lacs of worth of jewellery means nothing to them.
Pathetic customer relationship/ service , they make us feel as if we r buying jewellery free of cost and showing variety of design is pain in their neck.They simply don't know how to treat customers well. They work like government employees .
Pc chandra staff need to trained tohow to deal with customers with good manners..no wonder why you are falling back than your compitetors...there are many options in market with better designs why should one go there to get insulted ,.
I had amazing cutomer experience with Kalyan jewellers and they have awesome designs too
