I had paid for filing my return in the month of September..the return was filed on the last day in December and there was no mail given by them regarding the tax filing or a copy of the statements..After continuously mailing them, they said balance sheet will be done ion January after paying them for my accounts in September..the staff is very rude and unresponsive.I had mailed them last week to refund my money as they took money for filing of two returns but the employee said we do not require the previous years return but while asking money, they said its required..Lastly, when I am asking my statements, the mail I get from the operation team is that we are currently busy with other accounts..kindly wait for reply.
these people are cheaters who take money and then forget your accounts..if they are too busy then why take money to file an individual return.
Recently, Namrata and the owner of the company who are aware of my issue are unresponsive and don't even bother to give clarity to my issue..I highly recommend to investigate before paying this company and please go to some different company as these are the most unprofessional people I have met.
