I have vacated flat on 1st october 2020,still i havenot receieved my deposit amount even after so many follow ups
Managing Director Mr PJ Singh is not even ready to pick up the call.
He last received my call on 6th Jan and said he will provide deposit by tomorrow (7th jan)
And the best thing he didn't even responded afteethat.
I contacted Ravi(who was my broker) he is also continuously saying like you will get by 9 or 10 after that 11 or 12
But alas am still awaiting..
I am sure after 3.5 months that i lost my deposit .Therefore request everyone to take proper agreement before paying any security money.Better you should not go for this.
