★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy any car from here, staff is very rude and arrogant. Bought 2 cars from pl motors raja park on same day and had the worst experience. Two of the employees Vineet and Avinash gave me the worst experience. 1/10 for PL MOTORS RAJA PARK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the sales person must learn how to deal with a customer. How could you say that we will not take booking if I will not the insurance from the dealer? This is not mandatory as per the rules. I can get the insurance done from outside as well however it was too rude when the sales person straight forward denied to take the booking if I will not take the insurance from them and the behavior was unprofessional.
Creta could be the best selling car however with this type of attitude, you will loose customer..Hope you will learn from Ford and GM example and start treating customers in a better way next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst experience ever by p.l specially communication with Mr Avinash Mathur .At the time of booking said you have to give only a token amount which is 5000rs and after 5-7 days ask to deposit amount also to disbursement of loan with fake commitment that they will deliver the car on promise date.and I have to wait to more the 60 days and paid emi for the car that I didn't receive.Customer Name-Jitendra Singh.Model -verna
