★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request not to buy any building of sdc, because ravi mathur owner of sdc pvt ltd. is THIEF, he is making fraud, while the customer buying flats, his employee neeraj kadam is the biggest thief. Poor maintainence in his building, all money of flat owners are wasted, not suggest anyone to buy the sdc buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle has bought a flat. I have seen the difference in the property it was 5 years ago what it is today. Residents tell that it is because builder is not returning the maintenance deposit despite follow ups/requests for over the last two years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying flat in an SDC building was worst decision of my life. SDC is fraud company. Quality of construction is very very poor and there are no facilities in building.
While buying flat builder will ask for lumpsum payment for life long maintenance but this is only on paper. There is no maintenance and condition of building is detoriating day after day. My hard earned money is wasted.
Without doubt SDC (Sand Dune Constructions) is worst builder in entire jaipur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a flat from SDC considering the big name in Jaipur area which should have automatically reduced the chances of fraud/reliability. I have been proved wrong when it comes to reliability or the maintenance of the flat. Its been close to 5 years but builder is denying to pay back to the society the lumpsum amount he had taken from each of the residents. He is not even taking care of the maintenance of the property and recently there was a notice to cut the electricity of the building premises.
In short, construction quality is decent but he is also the typical builder when it comes to fleece the customers.
