★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and cordial staff,a good waiting area and mechanics are efficient and know there work.. Only thing bad is that the service area is closed from all sides and no ventilation for fresh area which is very much needed for the health of the workers and customers as two wheeler exhaust and fuel fumes gets trapped inside as there is no exhaust system,, which is very much needed

I buy a intruder byke in full cash and request for the sit cover but his mannerless manager explan me how he run the whole shoeroom after that he give me it in a mannerless way. They also refuse me to provide 1st servicing after run my byke 1000 Km though it is clearly mention 750km - 1000km or 30day to45 days whichever is earlier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless incompetent mechanics and staff very slow service they don't know how fix problem of their products.... they don't know anything about their products how to maintain... the charges money unnecessarily in first service in the name of consumerable charge... I didn't hear this any of the show about this consumerable charge.. they cheat on customers on the name of that. Very worst showroom in Burdwan Town.
